SCJ continuously implements and aims to expand upon a comprehensive Livelihoods strategy that is child centric and focuses on sustainable durable solutions. Our holistic approach entails the integration of our 4 thematic areas when possible, therefore livelihoods programming would supplement or encompass the inclusion of child protection, education or health and nutrition when interventions are designed. This entails the targeting and inclusion of most vulnerable and marginalized individuals and communities, including Syrian and refugees of other nationalities, as well as host communities. Integration of social cohesion, gender equality, sensitivity to persons with disabilities, and prevention of child labor are priorities. Our reach is throughout all governorates of Jordan, including rural, urban, refugee camps and informal tent settlements.
